Our zero tolerance approach to quality is carefully controlled by the Intempo Broken Department. Angry customers were never part of the masterplan and so we make sure that a genuinely helpful person is always available to answer the phone, your e-mail or chat on IM. If you have a clever technical question, we let the Brainiac Department take a break from rigorously testing our products and they will happily help as well.
